We require a $100 per person deposit with your reservation.   Due to High demand we recommend that you reserve at least 60 days prior to your desired arrival date. 

(We require full payment at least 30 days prior to your arrival date.)

Cancellation Policy:

We will refund 100% of your money if you cancel at least 30 days prior to your arrival date.  We will keep only your deposit of $100 per person if you cancel from 29 days to one day prior to your arrival date.  There will be no refunds for ”NO SHOWS” on the arrival date.  Please call (305) 663-0555 if you’re going to arrive late for any reason.

Weather Notification:

We will notify you if we need to cancel or reschedule your reservation due to any weather system with wind speeds over 25 knots forecasted any time during the time frame of your reservation.  We would contact you 5 days prior to your arrival date to inform you only if neccesary.
